Since 2004, I have had the pleasure of serving my community as a full time REALTOR®, assisting clients in finding the perfect home, selling their property, or expanding their investment portfolios. My work is driven by my passion for community and family, which I infuse into every interaction with my clients. My commitment to exceptional service has fostered long-standing relationships with my clients, leading to referrals and repeat business, which is the ultimate measure of success. 

As a consistent top producer, I take great pride in my achievements in the industry, including most recently being awarded CIR Realty’s Cirrus Platinum Award. 

When I’m not hustling for my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my two daughters, my husband and my fur baby Virgil. We love to travel and I collect Starbucks mugs everywhere I go. I have a sweet spot for chai lattes, all things Disney and Country Music. I am also actively involved in volunteering in the community and fundraising for causes that are close to my heart. Giving back is also an essential part of who I am. I am a member of CIR Realty’s 1 for ALL charity program and I proudly donate a portion of each transaction to the Ronald MacDonald House of Southern Alberta or AARCS.

Mak was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved to Canada at the age of 7. Her passion for homes came from many years of living around the world with her family. From living in Canada, the US and Australia, she’s had first hand experience of the challenges of moving, finding the perfect home and settling in a new environment. After finally settling in Airdrie, Alberta she has worked diligently to become an active member of the community and give back to the place she now calls home.

Mak graduated with a BBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Toronto and has worked in sales and business development for the last few years. Her dedication to her clients and drive to get them the results they need has gained her loyalty and long lasting relationships across her career.

Mak enjoys working with a diverse group of buyers and sellers and strives to ensure that they are comfortable and confident throughout their home searches or listing processes. With care and attention shown to each individual’s needs, she has their back 100% of the way. Her passion goes beyond guiding clients when it comes to a home sale or purchase. She recognizes the struggle of many young and new buyers who desire to eventually buy a home, but don’t know where to start. Seeing everybody win is her primary motivation for going into real estate. She is committed to empowering buyers to take steps towards becoming a homeowner and reaching their financial goals!

Stephanie Benoit, with her roots in the close knit community of The Yukon, has a deep appreciation for the true meaning of home.

Relocating to Alberta in 2017, she brought with her a wealth of experience from her time working at a Law Firm. Sharpening her skills in client advocacy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ins and outs of contracts.

Her tenure at Alberta Health Services in Homecare further nurtured her insight into how a home influences well-being, adding depth to her real estate expertise.

Stephanie's commitment to her clients goes beyond the transaction; she strives to foster new and lasting relationships along the way as their trusted advisor in Real Estate.

As a member of CIR's 1 for All Charity Program, she proudly donates a portion of each transaction to the Ronald Macdonald House of Southern Alberta and her active participation in cancer research fundraising, reflect her dedication to community welfare.

Stephanie's life outside work includes her passions for gardening, enjoying the outdoors with her Springer Spaniels, and cycling. With a special understanding of rural and small-town living, she brings a unique perspective to these markets.
